HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 1                                                  
Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska               
authorizing the use of the initiative to amend the Constitution of             
the State of Alaska by approval of two-thirds of the votes cast on             
the proposed amendment.
